Miles was all ready to go for a day of fun and sun at his Grandma Margee's place on Alki Beach.
The views of Puget Sound were spectacular. 
Just as importantly, there was cake.
Aunt Ruth from New Mexico was there.
So was Margee's new dog, Gracie (whose carrier Miles took a fancy to).
Miles tested the anti-cruising ordinance on Alki Blvd.
Then he explored the beach.
