Miles got his first taste of Shakespeare with the Wooden O Theater's production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at Luther Burbank Park on Mercer Island.
We were joined by the delightful Elfendahl family, visiting from the East Coast. Their patriarch, Mark, memorably portrayed Oberon in the MIHS Harlequins' production of the same play. Mark, along with Miles' dad, went to high school with Ol' Will Shakespeare, sometime in the late 1500s.
The kids were spellbound throughout by the action on stage.
